Built by someone who builds.
Founded Systems is run by Max Crozier, out of Coral Gables, Florida. The family business is real estate: affordable housing communities that our family has owned and operated for decades, and ground-up development work in South Florida. That is where the company's habits come from.
In construction and property operations, everything is written down. Plans have sheet numbers. Bids have line items. Inspections have grades, and the as-built drawing records what actually happened, not what the brochure promised. When we started building marketing systems for service businesses, first for our own properties and then for clients like Solaris, we kept those habits, because the agency world has the opposite ones.
So the method is a published spec you can read. The pricing is a bid sheet with numbers on it. The case studies are as-builts with named clients and checkable figures, hedged honestly. And the lead magnet is an inspection, because no builder starts work without one.
We stay small on purpose: few clients, standards held weekly, and the founder's cell in the loop. If that sounds like how you run your own crew, we will probably get along.
- Publish the spec, the price, and the proof.
- Never buy, gate, or incentivize a review.
- Answer in under 60 seconds or say why.
- The client owns the data, the site, and the reviews.
- Exceptional results get labeled exceptional.
- Easy to work with, easy to get rid of.
