Where do the default numbers come from?
Industry call studies put unanswered calls to local service businesses at roughly a third of total volume. The defaults are conservative midpoints; your own slider positions matter more than anyone's averages. If you do not know your missed-call count, your phone carrier or Google Business Profile call history will show it.
Why do you only count half the missed calls as recoverable?
