Money questions, answered in the open.
Why do you publish prices when nobody else does?
Because you read bids for a living and you know what a hidden number means. Published pricing filters out tire-kickers for us and wasted calls for you. The numbers on this sheet are the numbers; the only variable is your monthly customer volume on the reviews tier.
What decides the $99, $179 or $279 review tier?
How many new customers you serve per month, because that sets how many requests we send and manage. Under about 50 a month is $99. We confirm the tier on the setup call and it never changes without you saying yes.
Is there a setup fee?
Not at these listed prices when you come in through the site or the inspection. If we run paid ads for you later, a one-time setup applies to ad builds, and you will see it as its own line item before anything is billed.
What if I want out?
Text us the word cancel. No contracts, no exit call, no 90-day notice clause. We keep clients by keeping standards, and the average client stays because the reviews and booked jobs keep showing up. You also keep everything: reviews, site content, and your customer data are yours.
How does the trial work?
14 days free on the tier you pick, and we start with the fastest visible win: reactivating your past-customer list for reviews. Most owners see the first new reviews land before the trial ends. Card goes on file at the end of onboarding to activate; nothing bills until day 15.
