Pressure washing · Western North Carolina

White Squirrel Pressure Washing.

Broken contact form was still pulling leads nobody saw. We wired speed-to-lead in front of the same traffic. This sheet is live: it fills in as the work does, and the final numbers publish here whether they flatter us or not.

Status: active build.Speed-to-lead trial running. Next revision when the trial window closes.
AB-02.1Work plan

The sequence on this job.

Found it
Inspection caught a silently failing contact form on a site that still ranked and still drew visitors. Leads were arriving; nobody saw them.
The most expensive kind of broken: invisible.
DONE
Sealed it
Working smart form, missed-call text-back, and under-60-second follow-up installed in front of the existing traffic. No redesign, no new ad spend, same visitors.
Spec parts 02 Captured and 03 Answered.
DONE
Measuring
Two-week live trial: every lead logged, response times stamped, booked jobs traced to source, so the before and after is arithmetic instead of adjectives.
RUNNING
Then
Publish the numbers on this sheet, and if the owner goes forward, pour the rest of the system: reviews, profile work, and the page-per-service site.
QUEUED
1Why this client matters to you: if a business this established can leak every web lead for months without knowing, the only responsible first step for yours is a response test. Ours is free.
AB-02.2General notes

About this sheet.

Why publish a case study before it has final numbers?

Because the honest version of marketing proof includes the ones still in flight. This sheet shows our actual working method on a live client, and the numbers publish here, good or bad, when the trial period closes. Bookmark it.

What was actually broken?

The website looked fine and still drew traffic, but its contact form failed silently. People were reaching out and nobody knew. It is the single most common and most expensive defect we find on inspections, which is why response testing is part of every Foundation Inspection.

What did you install?

Part 02 and 03 of the spec first: a working smart form, missed-call text-back, and follow-up in under 60 seconds, in front of the traffic the business already had. Reviews and the rest of the system stack on once the leak is sealed.
